The DC1622 wall light is made entirely of cast brass and conceived as a distinctive spatial composition. Intersecting and curved elements unfold within an elongated rectangular frame, allowing the piece to be perceived simultaneously as a functional object and a small-scale wall sculpture.
Light interacts with the metal surfaces, emphasizing their volume and complex geometry. The warm tone of the brass and the fluidity of the forms soften the architectural rigor of the outer frame, creating a characteristic De Cotiis tension between structure and free-form expression
